Ryan grew up in the greater Omaha area, Scholarship athlete on both the 2005 Nebraska Baseball Division I College World Series and 2007 UNO Division II College World Series baseball teams, and continues to live in and serve the metro area. He first realized his interest and natural aptitude in the world of real estate through of his financial advisor business, flipping & consultation in the Omaha real estate market, and designing several new construction floor plans.
